 Since 1953, the Everest Base camp trek has been very popular to the fan of the mountain lovers from the world. Simply direct approach to the base of world tallest Mount Everest, total duration of trek takes 14 days which starts and ends in Lukla. The Everest Base Camp trek is very well known trek in Nepal and which is very much remarkable for every trekkers of the world. The Everest Base camp trek starts at upper Phakding and follows the Dudh Kosi valley which climbs up to the Sherpa capital of Namche. The Namche is a bustling bazaar which is a junction for every trekker, the local Sherpa and expedition’s route to the mighty Mt. Everest. All along this part of the trail, villages are interspersed with magnificent forests of rhododendron, magnolia and giant firs. In both early autumn and late spring, the flowers on this portion of the trek make it kind of walk which will keep you remembrance through your life journey. Our trek from Namche, along a high traversing path where we have our first good views of Everest and then heads towards the Thyangboche Monastery, which is a 2 hour climb from Namche. The monastery sits over height of 3867 Meters in a clearly surrounded by dwarf firs and rhododendrons. The monastery is structurally located on a ridge top with commanding views of the Everest landscape. The trek continues to the Imjakhola and continues to the Pangboche village, Pheriche and finally approaches to the glacier of Khumbu. Our further trek will follow through glacier to the Lobuche, where we can have spectacular views of the Ama Dablam, Taweche and other peaks and further hike to Gorak Shep. We further will have opportunities to ascend Kala Pattar which if 5,554 Meter high from where we can have some wonderful views of the Himalayan giants, which literally numb your senses with breathless admiration that beholds the eye; and makes up for the lung-bursting climb that took you all the way up to there. Further we will have very remarkable views of the south west face of the colossal Mt. Everest. Our trek further will trek down to the Everest Base Camp which lies base of Khumbu ice fall before we finally start our trek journey back to Lukla Airport.
