Golden Triangle of Turkey is the one of the best Turkey’s historic gems, vibrant culture and natural wonders which is planned for 8 nights 9 days in Turkey. During the trip you will explore must see places of Istanbul, then Cappadocia. Cappadocia, ancient district in east-central Anatolia, situated on the rugged plateau north of the Taurus Mountains, in the centre of present-day Turkey. The boundaries of the region have varied throughout history. Cappadocia’s landscape includes dramatic expanses of soft volcanic rock, shaped by erosion into towers, cones, valleys, and caves. Rock-cut churches and underground tunnel complexes from the Byzantine and Islamic eras are scattered throughout the countryside.

After finishing the Cappadocia, you will fly to Antalya, being unknown as one of Turkey’s most popular holiday destinations is hardly a surprise, thanks to its luxurious hotels, stunning beaches and an impressive collection of significant historical attractions to go with it. After completing the tour of Antalya, you will fly back to Istanbul and continue your journey back to home.

Itinerary

Day 1 :
ARRIVAL IN ISTANBUL
Arrive in Istanbul and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, depart for a half-day Bosphorus Cruise. Take in the sights and sounds of this legendary waterway lined with historic villages, grand wooden mansions, imposing fortresses, and the Baroque summer palaces of the late Ottoman sultans. After the cruise, visit the Spice Bazaar, a thrilling riot of colours, sounds, and the rich smells of exotic spices. Overnight in Istanbul. <span>Accommodation:</span> Double / Twin Bed
Day 2 :
SIGHTSEEING OF ISTANBUL
We begin our tour of the Sultanahmet district, the heart of old Istanbul, at Saint Sophia*. Built by Emperor Justinian in the 6th century AD, this church is one of the marvels of world architecture. Its massive dome dominates the skyline of old Istanbul. It is famed for its mosaics, including glittering portraits of emperors and empresses. Next we visit the Blue Mosque, which owes its name to the exquisite tiles adorning its interior. Dating from the 17th century, it is the only imperial mosque with six minarets.The Hippodrome, the stadium of ancient Byzantium, held 100,000 spectators and featured objects from all corners of the empire. Of these, an Egyptian obelisk and a bronze sculpture of three entwined serpents from Delphi survive. The Grand Bazaar, was the commercial heart of the old city and its 4,000 shops are full of treasures – including carpets and kilims, silks, jewelry, ceramics, icons, and leather goods. Wandering through the Grand Bazaar, indulge in some shopping, Ottoman style. Day 3 :
ISTANBUL - CAPPADOCIA | By Flight
After breakfast transfer to airport to catch flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel, check-in and rest of the day free at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia. <span>Accommodation:</span> Double / Twin Bed with Breakfast
Day 4 :
SIGHTSEEING OF CAPPADOCIA
After breakfast depart from the hotel for a tour visit to Devrent Valley where various types of fairy chimneys are abundant. We will walk through this amazing valley. Thereafter visit Pasabagi (Monk's Valley) with multiple stems and caps, peculiar to this area. After visiting Pasabagi, drive to Avanos which is known for the pottery, a craft dating back to the Hittite period. The red clay which is worked by local craftsmen comes from the residue in the Kizilirmak river, the longest river of Turkey. Further to the time for lunch proceed to Goreme Open Air Museum (Dark Church is excluded; entrance requires additional admission fee) to visit the churches, chapels and monasteries carved into the fairy chimneys from the 10th to the 13th centuries with frescos painted on the walls. Thereafter time to take photos in the neighboring valleys before going back to the hotels. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia. <span>Accommodation:</span> Double / Twin Bed with Breakfast + Lunch
Day 5 :
CAPPADOCIA
After breakfast depart from the hotel for a tour visit to Rose Valley, one of the most beautiful trekking valleys in Cappadocia, and explore the famous rock- cut churches by hiking through the valley. Rest in Cavusin, an old Greek village, known for its Christian houses and churches. After having time for lunch visit Ortahısar Castle, similar to Uchisar Castle in style, where storage caves can also be observed. In the afternoon visit Kaymakli (or Ozkonak) Underground City where early christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back visit to panoramic Pigeon Valley where pigeons contributed to the lives of locals with their manure to fertilize the wineyards. You may also like to taste Cappadocia wine in a local winery. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia. Day 6 :
CAPPADOCIA - ANTALYA | By Flight
After breakfast transfer to airport to catch Antalya flight. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel, check-in and rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight in Antalya. <span>Accommodation:</span> Double / Twin Bed with Breakfast
Day 7 :
SIGHTSEEING OF ANTALYA
Tour of the ancient ruins of PERGE, SIDE, and the ASPENDOS amphitheater, best preserved Roman Theatre in the World which is still in use. This is the best possible tour to the ancient ruins and cities of Antalya, which reflects the glorious age of classical era. The triangle historical tour ends at Manavgat Waterfalls with a refreshment break at the edge of showering water drops. overnight in Antalya. <span>Accommodation:</span> Double / Twin Bed with Breakfast + Lunch
Day 8 :
ANTALYA - PAMUKKLE - ANTALYA
After breakfast drive to Pamukkale that has the meaning of the Cotton Castle in English. Once known as Hierapolis, famous for healing thermal / mineral Baths and beautiful snow-white “petrified waterfalls. After lunch visit Hierapolis, including the magnificently preserved Necropolis, the main Street and Gates, the thermal Baths, the devil’s hole, and MastAerpiece Theater. Pamukkale terraces are made of travertine, a sedimentary rock deposited by water from the hot springs. In this area, there are 17 hot water springs in which the temperature ranges from 35 °C to 100 °C The water that emerges from the spring is transported 320 meters (1,050 ft.) to the head of the travertine terraces and deposits calcium carbonate on a section 60 to 70 meters long covering an expanse of 240 meters to 300 meters. Swimming or a therapeutic bath in a hotel pool’s hot spring mineral Waters.End of the tour return to Antalya. <span>Accommodation:</span> Double / Twin Bed with Breakfast + Lunch
Day 9 :
ANTALYA - ISTANBUL | By Flight
