Terms and Conditions

(Applicable to all bookings with Laser Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd.)


1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contract between you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) and Laser Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Nepal.
  • If under 18 years, consent of a parent/guardian is mandatory.

2. Scope of Services

These terms apply to:

  • Tour packages
  • Airline ticketing
  • Hotel bookings
  • Visa assistance
  • Travel arrangements within Nepal, UAE, and other destinations operated by us

3. Booking & Contract Formation

A booking is considered confirmed when:

  • Required deposit/payment is received, and
  • We issue an official invoice/confirmation

Booking methods:

  • Website
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Direct office booking

⚠️ Electronic acknowledgements do not constitute confirmation until officially invoiced.


4. Payment Terms

Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation with applicable charges.

5. Pricing Policy

Prices include:

  • Accommodation
  • Transportation
  • Trip coordination
  • Administration

Prices exclude:

  • International flights (unless stated)
  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses
  • Optional activities

Price Adjustment

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to:

  • Currency fluctuations
  • Government taxes
  • Fuel surcharges

No price changes will be made within 30 days of departure.


6. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

All clients must obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Evacuation & repatriation
  • Trip cancellation
  • Adventure activities (if applicable)

Failure to obtain insurance is at your own risk.


7. Health & Fitness Declaration

By booking, you confirm:

  • You are physically and mentally fit for the trip
  • You have disclosed any medical conditions

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse participation
  • Cancel booking (with charges)

if information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.


8. Special Requests

All special requests:

  • Must be submitted in writing
  • Are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing

9. Cancellation Policy (By Client)

10. Booking Transfer

  • Allowed up to 3 weeks before departure
  • Subject to supplier approval
  • All additional costs must be paid by the client

11. Amendments

Changes to bookings:

  • Subject to availability
  • May incur additional costs

⚠️ Date changes are treated as cancellation + rebooking.


12. Itinerary Changes

We may modify itineraries due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational requirements

We will ensure:

  • Equivalent services wherever possible

13. Cancellation or Changes by Company

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel trips due to insufficient participants
  • Modify arrangements when necessary

Client Options:

  • Accept changes
  • Choose alternative package
  • Receive refund (if applicable)

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political instability
  • Pandemics
  • Flight cancellations
  • Government restrictions

No compensation applies in such cases.


15. Liability Limitations

We act as a service facilitator and shall not be liable for:

  • Acts of third-party suppliers
  • Personal injury, loss, or damage beyond our control

Compensation Limits:

  • Luggage loss: Max USD 100 per person
  • Other claims: Max twice the trip cost

16. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Follow local laws and regulations
  • Respect other travelers and staff
  • Avoid disruptive or harmful behavior

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate participation without refund

17. Passport & Visa

Clients are responsible for:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Visa requirements

We are not liable for:

  • Denied boarding
  • Immigration refusal

18. Complaints Procedure

Any complaint must be:

  1. Reported immediately during the trip
  2. Submitted in writing within 14 days after trip completion

Failure to notify may limit liability.


19. Supplier Terms

Third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) operate under their own terms and conditions.


20. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of:

21. Website Accuracy

We strive for accuracy; however:

  • Errors may occur
  • Clients must reconfirm details at booking
