I had an amazing time in the Maldives with my family. Thank you to the Laser team for making the arrangements. The team has been very supportive and attentive to all details and requirements not only at the start but throughout the tour! They also made the best offer they could. Much appreciated! I booked tour to Dubai with Laser Travels from Oct 5-11, 2022. Besides ticket they managed everything for me in Dubai. Things that I loved about this agency: very responsive and available 24/7 (credit to Aadesh ji), professional, open to suggestions and ready to tailor the packages as per needs and they also provided me options and their advice. I am unable to comment on their costs because I never compared them with other agencies. I loved the ease of working with them. Things to improve: as a local agency they obviously have to rely upon their partner agencies abroad (local in-country agencies and operators). Here I believe they need to take charge and validate offers/packages of their partner agency to make sure what their partners are offering are as per the expectations of their client. This is important as their name would be at stake. Would I book them again and recommend to others – yes as they are very responsive, patient and open to tailoring of packages to meet the clients expectation. My suggestion to potential clients of Laser would be to be get information and read reviews of their in-country local partner/ tour operators’ packages and recommendations as well so that expectations are aligned. I would give 4.5 stars – half star more just for Aadesh ji’s responsiveness. Half star pending so that they have the motivation to improve further.

Last minute request for trip arrangement and Adesh ji worked it out for us without a glitch..can’t thank him enough. I had never experienced this level of professional attention and service from any nepali tour and travel operator..kudos to you ! You made our Maldives trip more memorable with all your proper arrangements..Laser will definitely be our to go option for our next trip abroad..
