Itinerary

Welcome to the airport by our representative, transfer to the hotel. Check-in and rest the remaining day walking around the Thamel or relaxing in your hotel’s garden. In the evening, you will be welcomed by a culture dance dinner which is performed with a typical culture dance show of various cultures of Nepal. After the dinner back to the hotel and overnight.

Enjoy your breakfast served at your hotel’s outlet. At 09:30 our team will pick you up at your hotel to proceed with your day-long sightseeing tours of Kathmandu. We will proceed to Kathmandu Durbar Square by visiting cultural and historical places which is also known as Basantapur. During your trip in Basantapur; you will visit Kumari Living goddess house, Kasthamandap ( a building which was built by the branch of a single tree), Seto Bhairawa & Kalo Bhairaw temple and finally proceed to the Swayambhunath, an ancient religious complex atop a hill in the Kathmandu valley which is also known as Monkey temple. After then, we will drive further to visit Boudhanath stupa which is one of the holiest and World’s heritage Buddhist site. After finishing Boudhanath we will continue our sightseeing to another holy Hindu temple, popularly known as Pasupatinath situated at the bank of Bagmati river. Finally, we will drive back to the hotel and rest. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Morning breakfast and check out from your hotel to continue your tours to Patan, which is full of Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples, with fine bronze gateways, guardian deities with wonderful carvings. The city of Patan is noted for its craftsmen and metal works it is also known as the city of artists. Then your sightseeing continues further to well known another city of arts Bhaktapur. After then we will drive further to popularly known for magnification sunset /sunrise and for the Himalayas ranges the Nagarkot which lies 32KM away North East of Kathmandu.
During the sightseeing tours of Patan; you will explore Patan Durbar Square—a cluster of fine pagoda temples and stone statues, the Hiranya Varna Mahavibar temple—three-storied golden pagoda of Lokeshwor (Lord Buddha), the Kumbheshwor temple— a five-storied pagoda-style temple of Lord Shiva, Krishna Temple—temple of Lord Krishna which holds a commanding position in Patan’s Palace complex, Mahaboudba temple—the temple of a masterpiece of brick and tile similar to Krishna temple which reveals an art tradition, the Rudra Varna Mahavihar—Patan’s oldest Buddhist monastery and finally temple of Machchhendranath— another attraction of Patan a fine clay image of Avalokiteshwar (red Machchhendranath) is housed here for six months every year after which is taken around the city of Patan in a colorful chariot festival beginning in month April-May and lasting sometimes even for several months.
Then we will drive further to the city of rich culture Bhaktapur which is also known as “Bhadgaon”. The Bhaktapur is an ancient Newar city, which is 3rd largest city of Kathmandu valley. The city was even the capital of Nepal in the 15th century when the Malla King was ruling Nepal. It is also listed in World’s Heritage by UNESCO for its rich culture, temples, and wood, metal and stone artwork.
In Bhaktapur, you will be exploring the “The Lion gate”; which guarded by on either side by two huge statues of lions. Alongside you will find two stone-carved images of Bhairab, the dreadful aspect of Lord Shiva and Ugarachandi which stands in the consort of Lord Shiva in his fearful manifestation. Then you will be proceeding for the “Golden gate” which is said to be the most beautiful and richly molded specimen of its kind in the world. The door is surmounted by a figure of the goddess Kali and Garuda (mythical man-bird) and attended by two heavenly nymphs. It is also embellished with monsters and other mythical creatures of marvelous intricacy. In the words of Percy Brown, an eminent English art critic, and historian, the Golden Gate is “the most lovely piece of art in the whole Nepal. It is placed like a jewel, flashing innumerable facets in the handsome setting of its surroundings.” The gate was erected by King Ranjit Malla and is the entrance to the main courtyard of the palace of fifty-five windows. Later on, you will be proceeding for the “Palace of Fifty-Five Window” which is considered to be unique masterpiece of woodcarving, the “Batsala Temple” most famous for its Bronze bell and stone carved temple of Batsala Devi, and finally, we will visit the replica of Main Pasupatinath temple which is widely noted for the erotic carvings on its struts.
After then we will drive towards the Nagarkot, well-known for its spectacular views of the whole Langtang mountains range as well as sunset & sunrise in the mountains. Check-in and overnight in Nagarkot.

If you wish you can walk around and enjoy the great range of mountains. It depends on the season you are traveling. If the climate is bad then, unfortunately, you might be not able to see the mountains.
