After landing in Varanasi airport, make your immigration and get out of customs. Our representative will be waiting for you to welcome in Varanasi. Have your morning breakfast at Hotel. Then you will be proceeding early morning to visit Dashaswemedhj Ghat, Ganga Snan and start boat ride which takes you 1 hour. The morning after breakfast, drive to Bodhgaya which will take you around 5hours drive from Varanasi. Check-in at Hotel and afternoon sightseeing tour. The Bodhgaya, the place where Siddhartha reached the state of Enlightenment commonly referred to as Buddha-hood. Bodhgaya, situated on the bank of the river Niranjana, is the spiritual home of Buddhists from the world over and attracts tens of thousands of believers. Siddhartha attained enlightenment meditating under the Bodhi Tree, which still stands today in its original place. Bodhgaya houses different Buddhist monasteries erected by people belonging to different sects of Buddhism such as the Theravada, Mahayana, and Vajrayana. After breakfast drive to Gaya, visit Vishnu Pad Temple, which is sacred among Hindus and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. According to believers and religious texts, the footprints inside the temple are of Lord Vishnu. The temple is built in Shikhar Style and was reconstructed in the year 1787 by Ahilya Bai Holkar of Indore. Besides this, Gaya is significant to Hindus from the point of view of salvation to the souls of ancestors (a ritual called Tarpan / Sraddha or Pinda Daan).
