Janakpur & Muktinath

Welcome and meet and greet at Kurtha train station. We will briefly explain our day to day program and drive to Janakpur where the thousands of Hindu devotees from Nepal, India, Sri Lanka and other countries do visit Ram Janaki Temple to worship Lord Ram and Sita. Many worshippers visit the temple during the festivals of Ram Nawami, Vivaha Panchami, Dashain and Tihar. Drive to hotel, check-in, and rest for a while. Then we will drive to visit Ram Mandir, Janaki Mandir, and finally Jaleshowor Mandir. Today. We will wake up early morning and drive to worship Ram and Sita. Our team will lead you to the temple. Offer the prayers and Puja Dham session at the temple. After finishing Puja, we will be back to the hotel. Have your breakfast and prepare for checkout to drive to Kathmandu. Then, we will start our long journey from Janakpur to Kathmandu. On the way you will enjoy beautiful scenery, typical villages, river etc. On the way we will stop for lunch and visit another holy Hindu Kusheshowr temple. Wake up early morning. Today, we will worship another holy Hindu temple Pashupatinath. Our team will drive you to Pashupatinath, prepare for the Puja and you will be offering Puja at holy temple. After finishing Puja you will have breakfast, and we will continue our tour to visit Changu Narayan Temple established on legendary Champak Hill, Changu or Dolagiri at 1541 m, 6 km north of Bhaktapur Durbar Square, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Offer Puja and have lunch in Bhaktapur. After finishing lunch in Bhaktapur, we will drive to visit another Hindu holy temple Budhanilkantha Temple, located in Budhanilkantha . It is a Hindu open-air temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. You will be proceeding for the Puja, after finishing the Puja we will drive back to hotel and enjoy your dinner. Morning breakfast and check out from hotel to continue your tour to the beautiful city of Pokhara. Our team will pick you up at 7 AM from your hotel and start your journey to Pokhara. The total duration of the drive might be from 5—6 Hours. It depends upon the traffic situation. During the drive, you will learn the countryside, waterfalls, and beautiful rivers in the valley. Finally reaching Pokhara city, check-in, and rest for while in your hotel. After then we will start our sightseeing to the Bindebashini Temple, Seti George, Old Bazar, Davis Fall waterfall), Gupteshwor Cave and finally back to the Lakeside. Today, we will have early morning breakfast and check out to drive towards Jomsom. At 6 am, we will meet in hotel lobby and start our journey to Jomsom – Muktinath, following the scenic winding off road that offers beautiful mountains views and amazing landscape. Drive to Jomsom 168 Km (9-10 hrs) and stands at altitude of 2,743m, your pilgrimage tour will start from Pokhara to Jomsom. On the way you will enjoy scenic drive and you could explore local culture and beautiful panoramic view through the riverbank of Kaligandaki, Beni, Ghasa, Marpha, Jomsom along the Kaligandaki Valley arrival Jomsom. After reaching Jomsom, we will check-in at the hotel and relax for acclimatisation. Wake-up early morning, and take our packed breakfast then start our pilgrim journey to Muktinath. Our early morning drive will lead us via Kagbeni to Jharkot, then Ranipauwa and finally to the spiritual Muktinath Temple. There are 2 Kunda (Water Ponds), name of Laxmi Saraswoti Kunda. There are 108 waterspouts cast in the shape of cow headed pour holy water which you will find just behind the Muktinath temple. Lots of pilgrimage takes bath from the ice-cold holy water where they believe that after taking a bath in this holy water their sins would be washed. Worship to the lord Vishnu and have your Puja session at Muktinath. Furthermore, there is the sacred water that starts from rock inside the ancient Tibetan style “Jwala Mai Temple”. The holy flame alongside a spring that is the source of the religious importance of Muktinath. Another attraction for the pilgrimage is the River Kali Gandaki from where one can collect fossils. After finishing Puja, enjoy amazing scenery of Himalaya. Enjoy your lunch in Muktinath. Have your early morning breakfast in Jomsom. Then, we will start our journey back to Pokhara. During the drive you will enjoy beautiful mountain view, waterfall, and villages in Himalaya. On the way we will stop for the scenery and lunch. After reaching Pokhara, we will check-in at hotel. Have your breakfast at your hotel. We will get ready at 7am and start our journey to historical city Tansen, Palpa which is a beautiful hill town between the Pokhara and Butwal. We will have short over stop at Buddhist Peace Stupa in Pokhara then we will continue our drive to Palpa. After reaching Palpa, we will drive to Rani Mahal which is also known as the Taj Mahal of Nepal situated at Kaligandaki riverbank with the most elegant colour, a neo-classic art and fine architecture that enhances the beautiful palace. Rani Mahal was built on the name of youngest beloved wife Tej Kumari Devi of General Khadga Shumsher Jung Bahadur Rana as the symbol of love. Situated at the distance of 13 km from Tansen, the palace looks attractive sitting on a massive rock at a secluded and a quiet place. Since the palace was built on the edge of the jungle, the jungle was also named as Rani Ban and the stairs leading to the river as Rani Ghat. The river also possesses a religious importance as it is believed that touching the water of the river provides salvation to any sinners. After finishing the sightseeing of Rani Mahal, we will drive back to Tansen Bazar. Early morning wake-up and get ready to start your hike to Srinagar viewpoint. From the top, you enjoy the beautiful Tansen Bazaar as a whole, Madi valley which is very famous farm and beautiful mountain range if you are lucky. After finishing the viewpoint visit, we will descent our hike towards the hotel. Enjoy your breakfast at your hotel. After breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and load our luggage in our vehicle. Then, we will walk towards the famous spot Tudikhel of Tansen. From Tudikhel, we will drive straight to Raxual Train station bypassing the Butwal city.
